Our bodies are in themselves, warehouses of electromagnetic fields of energies.  Therefore, they are susceptible to even the weakest of magnets. Although with the correct type of magnets and knowledge, they could be an effective part of self-care; we strongly encourage you to seek out the expertise of a professional practitioner until you become comfortable with them. Some areas of immediate concern should be: (1) Do not use the "positive" pole of a magnetic without the care of a professional (2) Avoid use of magnetic field therapy during pregnancy and during monthly menstrual periods (3) Do not use magnets immediately after eating and (4) Do not sleep in a magnetically charged bed for more than 8 hours.

This particular set consists of magnetic devises for your back wrist, knee, ankle, and shoulder. You also can strap them together to handle other areas of your body.

We used the wrist device to treat a sprained wrist.

It seemed to relieve the discomfort of carpal tunnel. When the ankle bracket was used on an ankle, it was reported to relieve the pain associated with its sprain.

You can get them at your local department store..

"The use of magnets and electrical devices to generate controlled magnetic fields has many medical applications, and has proven to be one of the most effective means for diagnosing human illness and disease."  Burton Goldberg, Alternative Medicine: A Definitive Guide.
